Coronavirus – Facing the challenge together

These are some of the specific steps we have taken to protect you and our staff;

• We have a senior leadership team which reviews daily the latest Government guidelines. 
• All our staff, and especially our on-site team members, recognise the importance of following and working to Government guidelines on proper hygiene and being aware of their general health and wellbeing. 
• When on-site, we take responsibility for our health and safety as we always would do, and recognise that working in public spaces, we are open to all airborne and surface viruses. While working in these spaces, we will follow the Government advice and guidelines as we would in any location. 
• We have the technology infrastructure for the majority of our team to work remotely, if not on-site. We’ve tested and prepared should we need to close our office. We will be able to respond and react as quickly as if we were sitting at our office desks. 
• Our staff receive regular communication updates, are kept up to date and informed of any changes that we may need to make. Our employees know what action to take if they or a member of their family have any symptoms. 

This unfolding situation will not resolve overnight, we know we are in for the long haul, we are here to support you, and we know that you will back us too.
